These new Power House, Inc. lights are designed to work in water up to 2 feet in depth, or without being submerged. They come with a 15' pigtail, are rated 18-watt 50/60HZ, and are dual voltage - they can operate at 115V or 230V and the actual voltage can be as low as 85 volts or as high as 265 volts.
