Waterbearing is a one man fountain parts fabrication shop in Anaheim California (thats in the United States in case yourre wondering.) My name is Martins Zinbergs and Im the owner designer fabricator and janitor. My background is in Landscape Architecture. I was educated at Cal Poly Pomona where I learned a lot about solving problems a bit about plants and a bit about drawing. Ive since learned more about problem solving and drawing but have forgotten (what seems like) every botanical plant name that I spent hours and hours memorizing. I also learned that spending all of my time sitting in front of a computer is not my favorite thing to do.A few years back I had the opportunity to change that. At the time I was caring for my sick father. His care required more and more of my time and it seemed that the best solution would be to find some sort of meaningful work at home. Ive always been interested in making things and the fountain parts business was a natural extension of what I was doing. So here I am making and selling fountain parts. You should buy some.

Ramon spout
This is a smaller sized bronze spout that excels at low flows and works very well in fountains where the water arc must be kept to a minimum. It's flexible. At low flows it produces an interesting stream of water. At larger flows, the stream is controlled and surprisingly pleasant.
This is a decorative bronze fountain spout. The spout is about the right size for a swimming pool bond beam or an average sized landscape fountain. The refined shape is works well in many settings.
This is a more contemporary take on the Oona spout. It has the same elegant lip that you'd find on a old timey porcelain pitcher. But it's smooth, supple and shiny. Not blindingly shiny like a mirror, but a subtler shiny that reflects enough light to catch your eye. It's made of stainless...
Neenah is small bronze spout. It's an anachronism in a world of "bigger is better" and "would you like to super-size that?" it excels at being small. It's just what's needed in tight and narrow spaces. The water stream doesn't project far from the spout. It handles very...
Karlo is a medium sized bronze fountain spout that works well in most installations. The square shape harmonizes with common landscape elements. It's a nice in-between size that works well on a smaller swimming pool water feature or a wall fountain. The spout produces a flatish ribbon of water that...
He's bigger. And, he's a bit different. He's still a bronze fountain spout like his little brother Karlo. Big Karlo can handle more water and project a wider stream of water than Karlo. He has the presence to handle a swimming pool bond beam. But which one's older? They're not telling.
This is a smaller spout resembling what's called a Lamb's tongue scupper which is commonly found on building walls to handle rain water. It can be used on a smaller swimming pool bond beam or an average sized wall fountain. The shape is nice round and friendly. If one was to accidentaly bump...
It's kind of a big spout that can handle considerable water volume, but looks good with a low water flow.
We all start somewhere. The spouts I sell start with a wax casting. It's the first step in a process called investment casting. So I sit in the workshop, melt wax and pour it into silicone molds. The process is decidedly anti-climactic. It's rather finicky work. The first casting never works...
This is a bronze spout with an open top and a fairly long projection. It has a formidable presence and a fairly long water arc. The long water projection allows it to be used in a swimming pool where the spout sits above the coping. It has all the usual refinements: it's easy to install, it's...
