This year, NAHB has advocated for several different pieces of legislation that they will be very vocal in supporting over the next few days. Those bills and changes include the Relaunching America's Workforce Act, PPP policy changes, strengthening the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, the Affordable Housing Credit Improvement Act, and more.
The association understands the impact a large amount of participation can have on making these changes. NAHB's Three-Day Legislative Conference Goes Virtual
Their Annual Event Will Go from June 22 Through 24
There is optimism surrounding the now virtual conference, as NAHB believes they could see a high level of participation.

Today, June 22, starts NAHB's annual three-day legislative conference that will continue through June 24. This year they have adapted to present the conference through virtual delivery. Despite the changes made to the conference this year, the association expressed optimism over how the virtual platform could result in greater attendance than in years past. They believe a greater turnout could prove more effective in their efforts to push for the most important policies and legislation.
